We are a family business that started with my grandfather, an Italian immigrant dedicated to carpentry, who, in his spare time
he made beekeeping stuff for personal use. After him my parents continued with beekeeping as a secondary activity.
At age 11, I had my first 25 hives. Since then, I have tried to grow because of my passion for bees.
When I retired from Maestra Jardinera, I decided to start fractionating the honey that I myself have produced since my youth.
Today we have an extraction and fractionation plant, which are enabled
(gluten free) "WITHOUT TACC" and Certified Organic.
